Daniel J M Smith and William K Dawson appointed Joint Administrators 19/12/2014

Daniel JM Smith and William K Dawson were appointed Joint Administrators of The TEG Group Plc, TEG Environmental Ltd, and TEG Energy Ltd on 19 December 2014. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are authorised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

An insolvency website has been set up for the creditors of the company at www.deloitte.com/uk/teggroup. Updates regarding the progress of the Administration will be posted to the website.


The TEG Group Plc has been AIM listed since July 2004. It has three wholly owned subsidiaries, TEG Environmental Limited, TEG Energy Limited, and Simpro Limited. The Natural Organic Fertiliser Company Limited is a dormant company and the Group has 50% stakes in two further companies, TEG Biogas (Perth) Limited and TEG Biogas (London) Limited. The TEG Group Plc is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, managing shareholder expectations, group structure and capital, corporate governance and monitoring the two operating companies.

TEG Environmental Limited is the main operating company, responsible for the design and installation of specialised plant and equipment for the treatment of organic wastes via in-vessel composting and anaerobic digestion. These plants are for sale to third party customers and for build, own, operate (BOO) projects.
